I called twice to get a quote for a re-key of a property (house). Customer service was unfriendly and not helpful. First call customer service reported being the wrong number, called again only to get the phone hang up on me because they don't service that zip code. No thank you for calling or I am sorry we can't help you, customer service just hang the phone up.

They never showed up! My front door swung shut just after I arrived home from a fire evacuation. They said they would be over to my house by 9:10 pm. They did not show up. After walking a mile to town twice, borrowing businesses phones (mine was locked in my house) they told me they would now show up the next morning at 8am. They did not show. I slept in my car in my ice cold garage and the next morning called Bills Lock, who promptly came over. I would give a negative rating, if possible. I have reported them to the BBB.
